Hello!  My name is Laura.  I am an energetic HR executive specializing in providing turnkey C-level leadership solutions to small and medium-sized, technology-driven businesses. Via fractional or interim assignments, I can provide the ingredient you need to accelerate, scale and/or transform your business and leap forward with the development of your HR function. 

I bring ~30 years of HR, operations and organization consulting experience, with 12 years spent in the C-level seat working in venture-capital and private-equity funded, technology companies and 16 years of experience in Fortune 100 public companies.  I have extensive background in hyper-growth and scaling, turnaround, alignment and performance, organizational design and leading change and transformation. I bring versatility, a strong functional vision, deep HR expertise and a system designer's mind along with experience across a wide range of operational environments.
